Bairro da Passagem in Cabo Frio
Time stopped and life moves more slowly
Stroll through the outskirts of the Solar do Arco is back in time. Located on Itajuru Canal banks, the Bairro da Passagem was born in the seventeenth century as a settlement of Portuguese and carefully preserves its architectural and cultural roots. Its narrow streets are home to typical buildings from the colonial period, such as the Church of St. Benedict, and welcome visitors in a serene harmony of colors, scents and sounds. It is quiet for the body ... and soul.
